Who are you?
Who do you work with?
I provide personal training services to all kinds of people, including the average client seeking improvement in health and fitness as well as amateur athletes focused on improving physical performance.
I also work with fitness models, persons going through rehab, and other individuals from time to time.
The Average Joe
My client base primarily consists of people 30-60 years of age, with 75 percent 40+ years old, and 50 percent 50+ years old. Most seek weight loss, improvements in health, and a general improvement in fitness. Many of these people have outstanding health conditions, ranging from high blood pressure to diabetes to meniscus tears to amputations. I help each of them work on their health and fitness regardless of their health conditions or overall physical condition.
The Amateur Athlete
My client base consists of strength athletes, marathon runners, and other individuals. I help them improve performance directly, such as improving run time or weight lifted, while also developing performance indirectly, by working on weak points and inefficacies.
What’s your approach?
I am not a drill sergeant. I value cooperation, not intimidation. I am supportive but straightforward. I offer words of encouragement and always try to keep things professional and friendly.
At the same time, there will be things you do not understand and times where you will be non-compliant. It is always your choice to follow or not follow my advice, but I will stress to the importance of sticking to the plan in order to reach your goals. At times, this straightforward approach can make me seem brash to some people.
While I am always sensitive to the needs of the client, if you are offended easily, do not like change, cannot take direction, and/or are prone to emotional reactions, I may not be the trainer for you.
I have an injury. Can I train?
Do I need equipment to do your workouts?
No. I create workouts based on where you plan to train and what you have access to. Whether you have a home gym, plan to go to a gym, want to train outside, have no equipment, prefer body weight only, etc., I can create a program to fit your needs.

How do payments and refunds work?
Payments—payments are submitted via PayPal. Payments for all services are recurring until canceled. You can cancel at any time via your PayPal account. Once you do, no further charges will occur but you will have access through the end of the current payment cycle.
Refunds—I do not accomodate refunds. I utilize a use it or lose it approach. This method controls my costs and motivates you to do the work.
What are your training credentials and experience?
That’s a great question. I hold degrees in exercise science, business management, and information systems. Additionally, my credentials include certifications for strength and conditioning, run coaching, exercise therapy, personal training, senior fitness, youth fitness, and cardio kickboxing, among others.
What are your nutrition credentials and experience?
That’s another great question. Again, I hold degrees in exercise science, business management, and information systems.
I can and have created plans for any nutritional preferences, including Paleo, vegans, diabetics*, vegetarians (all types), persons with food allergies/intolerance*, and persons with eating disorders*.
*I do not assess the health condition, but rather use doctor and client input to create a meal plan that fits the needs of the client as outlined by a doctor or client.
